St Clement’s is a residential led scheme with the provision of up to 250 units, accommodated in existing and new buildings.

This development has not been one that we could call easy. The project has been ongoing since 2012, comprised of a mixture of new build apartment blocks and the refurbishment of existing hospital buildings. This project, as with refurbishment works, was a step into the unknown for the client, and therefore clear communication with the Site Management team, Linden Homes Commercial team and ourselves has been key to ensuring the scope of works always met with the clients needs.

There has been a substantial amount of design drawings, due to the level of intricate work required. We use Prime Scaffold Design and have found their support within this project crucial to the success of this development so far.
