Nick Brown

Director

An ambitious individual and self-confessed perfectionist, Nick has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. He worked as a subcontractor for many scaffolding firms, but mainly Bow and MITIE Generation.

Nick started SeaBro with Wayne back in 2000 and had the joint vision to create a company of integrity and quality, where Health & Safety is at the forefront of everything they do. Nick started out as an operative, learning the trade from the bottom up and completed all activities associated with access works. Nick’s passion for the business and his dedication to exceeding client expectations has ensured that the company continues to grow and deliver what the industry needs, whenever and wherever it needs it!

Wayne Seaby

Director

Over 30 years of experience in the construction industry qualifies Wayne to bring a professional and considered approach to the surveying and purchasing department at SeaBro. With an eye for detail, he consistently drives best practice ensuring that projects come in at contract value and both clients and team alike are kept happy and well served. A desire to succeed and be the best is not only driven from the top, but throughout the business.

Wayne says: “It’s the company’s vision and aim to put health and safety at the forefront of everything we do… We feel that makes SeaBro stand out from the crowd. Traditional values are paramount, coupled with a refreshing view on customer service, all of which really do produce a unique business blend.”

It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure that the workplace is safe. This includes identifying and removing hazards, developing safe work practices, identifying and seeking appropriate training, and using appropriate protective gear and equipment.

Whilst our Health and Safety Team will play a key role in providing a safe workplace, it is the responsibility of each SeaBro employee to be proactive in ensuring a safe working environment.
