A new development offering a choice of stylish new one, two and three bed apartments within the unique and popular Welwyn Garden City.

Chase New Homes will build the residential units on the former-Xerox office site in Bessemer Road, where it is currently developing 210 units in three of the existing buildings under Permitted Development Rights (PDR).

PDR enables developers to convert offices to housing without needing the normal planning permission. After gaining the latest planning consent, the house-builder will add 66 penthouses and four new apartment blocks to the site, which will collectively contain 511 residential units.

The homes will be finished by 2019/20.
