Fairview New Homes

Orchard Place, Anerly: Three blocks of flats, comprising of two 4-5 storey blocks and one 5-6 storey block. There will be 252 residential units, basement parking and both private and communal landscaping. Due to start in July and looking to be completed

Persimmon Homes

London Road, St Albans: A wide range of new homes in Saint Albans including 2 bedroom flats and 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses.

Hollybrook Homes

Carnarvon Road, Southend on Sea: This former college will become 158 apartments, providing much needed housing within the local area.

McCarthy & Stone

Borehamwood: A new developments creating a retirement property that features a range of one and two bedroom apartments designed exclusively for those over 70.

Hollybrook Homes

Diary House: A redevelopment old building that Hollybrook are renovating on behalf of Ministry of Sound to become a new nightclub in Borough Road, London. Watch this space!

Billy’s Back

We would like to welcome Billy Lawrence back to the office… Billy is now firmly back in the Estimating department alongside Ashley Stapleton and Charlotte Walker.

South Woodham Ferrers Rugby Club

South Woodham Ferrers Rugby Club are celebrating promotion into London One North – even after losing their play-off final… Woodham lost 48-7 by HAC, but the result has been overturned after the Londoners fielded ineligible player.

Both Head Coach Tony Woods and our very own Supervisor Robin Dukelow are delighted to be heading into London One North next season. They couldn’t believe how it came about, but after all the hard work the whole team put in throughout the season, they believe it is well deserved.

Woodham is a small Club located in Essex and have been a community club since they began, with all players being home grown. Two of our employees are players; David Bull and Lewis Gilbert (Captain), who SeaBro now sponsor individually.

We look forward to seeing how they get on next season, which is undoubtedly set to be challenging in an extremely difficult league. Watch this space for updates!
